Question About BP and OBW Tile Damage

I've got a maxed OBW and am currently leveling my Black Panther. Does anyone know at what level(s) Black Panther surpasses OBW on black and blue tiles? Until I get enough BP covers that I could make him much more powerful I'd like to try to get him as high as possible but still keep OBW's tile stealing for all three colors. Also, if they're tied for the same amount of damage who gets priority for their symbol being on that color or does something else govern this?

    It looks like if I level BP twice more, which I could, he'll have the same damage on blue and black as my OBW. Could someone let me know who would get priority for the match? I've searched here and am getting conflicting answers. Some say it's BP since he's a 3* and OBW is 2*. I've also seen that it just depends on the character placement of center>left>right. Which is correct?

    Placement of characters matters when characters are of the same rarity. Integer numbers we can see on stat screen are not the exact match damage values, they have decimals too. That's why as you level characters up they increase every 2, 3 or 4 levels for strong colors. So for a 2** and a 3*** it may be they never have (or at least rarely have) completely identical values so that the placement would matter.

    Ok, thanks for that info. I guess I'll play around with him at lvl 96 with OBW getting all 3 steals and see how valuable those steals seem vs the higher damage output I could have with BP at lvl 102. Looks like I'm getting a fifth yellow net week as a daily reward also. Probably once I get that the even higher level bonuses will be the way to go.

    At level 97, non-buffed BP should take black and at level 98-99 (not sure) - blue.
    Source: happened when I leveled Hood and he has same colors and rarity as BP.

    Checked in shield simulator with lvl 98 BP in center, lvl 85 OBW right, and Panther tanks blue but not black! This is weird. Are you sure you didn't swap the colors, Locked?

    I could have - sorry! All I remembered was that one of oBW's colours was taken.
