Streets of New Capenna vanguard pack not giving me Elspeth [To be fixed]

Hello, in the MTGPQ Vault, there is a vanguard pack for Streets of New Capenna which only has 4 Vanguards. Dakkon, Vivian, Ob Nixilis and Elspeth and I did not have any of them. I paid 120 mana crystals until I got 3 of them and then decided to pay 400 mana crystals to get the remaining one, Elspeth and it should be guarantee no duplicate, but it gave me Ob Nixilis again which I already had? I don't think this is meant to happen.
