Okoye doesn't boost damage from friendly team-up powers

Damage from friendly powers is increased by X for each Team-Up AP you have

I probably reported this in the past already? My memory is blurry and this game has been running for too long lol. Anyway if it was, that was reported to the old devs so new opportunity here right? (one can hope...)

I had a 5* kingpin "Break their will" repeater on the board that came from a team-up. But it just dealt the base damage, instead of applying the bonus ap of the (boosted) Okoye 20 team-up bank i had.

(And for direct damage dealing powers, it should apply the bonus damage based on the amount of team-up AP that's left over after firing the team up.)
