Sounds to me like an animal character and with the Marvels coming out I want to say carols cat goose, but that seems like too much of a stretch of a character. So maybe 5* Monica/Photon?

    If Marvels is about to come out and Monica is about to be rebalanced, I'm going to guess 3* Monica, who feeds 4* Monica who feeds 5* Spectrum.

    Whichever main cast member turns out to be a scrull at the end of the Marvels movie.

    Reducing either KK or Monica to a description that best suits a pet feels problematic, or at least "triggering" to some.

    A year ago I would have been sceptical of animal based 5* guesses, but now it seems more likely... Though I'd rather not have that be the case here. (Personal opinion primarily based on not seeing any pets I really want as a 5)

    Which leaves a different take on the clue. Someone who was trusted dearly but betrays that trust, but not really because it's Disney so they do the right thing in the end.

    So... Monica isn't Monica, she's a scrull, who intends to turn on Carol/KK... Which they discover when they find an imprisoned Monica... They fight over who is the real Monica and scrull Monica flees having failed her mission to destroy the Marvels from within.

    But... Scrull Monica reflects on the great times she shared with her friends... Singing and fighting and laughing... and longs to have that again. When all seems lost scrull Monica saves the day proving she really is a trusted complain... But it's ok because Monica Monica is full character of her own without being reduced to just a complain.

    Rebalance 4* Monica, 5* Monica Monica, 3* scrull Monica with day one ascendability.

    No, I have not seen the movie... If any of the tiny kitty **** I just said happens... I'm sorry.

    That is indeed something! I was going to guess Goose and Symbiote Goose, so this is a step up from that at least.

    I was hoping it would be Fury with the killer support kit that is kinda missing in 5*, but Marvel top to bottom has leaned so heavily into silliness that this isn’t surprising. Probably not even a dev pick. At least this is a silly one that likely has widespread appeal to players.
