Chasm blocks 5* Peggy's Yellow

For some reason, probably due to Chasm's "initial power blocking" first turn stun, you cannot use the 5 star Peggy (Worthy) yellow power -- it indicates that the power would have no effect despite the fact that it only puts out some yellow protect tiles.
