Bramble Familiar / Fetch Quest not working as the description text

I was testing the alternative art version (fblthp) of "Fetch Quest" card and while the text says "pick one of the first 4 creature, enchantment or land cards with the GREATEST mana cost", the game only shows you 3 of these cards instead 4 and also pick the first 3 (creatures/enchantent/lands) no matter with the cost (not priorizing costs).

I tried with some PWs and different events and always works like I described.
