Add Inter-Node or Intra-Node to event description

I'd like it if multi-node PvP events could clearly mention if the battles will be Inter-Node (so between nodes, facing different deck construction objectives) or Intra-Node (so between decks of the same node, with the same deck construction requirements), or a mix.
This will help in deck construction and 'sideboarding' choices.

Events like Kamigawa Run or Harvest Tide event description suggest that it's inter-node, while it is actually a mix of inter and intra node. This creates false expectations and bad flavor
