Wiccan's blue power doesn't provide extra AP or transform him into the Demiurge when up against Chasm even though it's a start of turn passive rather than start of game.
Note I took Chasm, Medusa and Modok up against Chasm, Riri and Dr Thor. I'm assuming Chasm is the problem given how many other problems he caused when he was introduced. I guess nobody noticed this bug before as there can't be too many people who have taken Wiccan to fight against Chasm.
