Ascended 3* show in filter as if they are available to upgrade

I have a 3* Ascended Storm - Classic,
Wolverine - Astonishing,
Magneto - Marvel Now,
Capitan America - Steve Rogers,
and Spider-Man - Original

The filter that you can use to show which heroes can be upgraded shows these even if I have no cards to upgrade. I do have the original version (dup) of some which have not be level maxed yet, but not all. This does not happen so far for the 2* Ascended or 4* Ascended ones I have, just the 3* Ascended.
