Scrap the leaderboard

It has become an irrelevancy for events. You either max out and get the top reward, or if you miss even one objective you're down at 200 or something. There's no incentive for me to keep playing an event if I miss 1 target. Probably worth keeping the guild leaderboard because that is still contested for the top ranks, but the individual scores are meaningless
Instead I propose increasing the progression rewards all the way to the final score.
If an event has 140 possible points, then reward that. But also reward those who get 138, 137, 136, 135, etc etc.
