iHulk not reviving in 2020 PvP

I just played two matches back to back versus Polaris/Deadpool5/iHulk.

In both matches, after taking down Polaris, my iHulk went down and did not revive. I took out the enemy iHulk via match damage and also using Penance Stare, but each time the enemy iHulk came right back.
