PVE node restarted after winning

I just had just downed the enemies in a Luck be a Lady node (the final one, Reinforced Steel) and the victory music played. But instead of going to the rewards screen, the node was restarted instantly and I had to play it again. The node points and rewards were awarded normally (I was on play 2 out of 4 so luckily no points were lost).

Now that I think of it, I think it happened to me at least once before recently, but since it was only that time I didn't bother reporting it then.

I'm playing on an iPad if that matters.
