High Stakes Heist - 6 Purple AP Vulture’s up to his old tricks, yet again! Vulture steals 1 AP from the enemy team, prioritizing Blue and Green, and deals 67 damage to the target. Then, Vulture goes Airborne for 2 turns. 166: 209 damage / 266: 257 damage
Swoop - 6 Green AP Vulture swoops down onto his foes, dealing 56 damage to the enemy team and destroying 4 random tiles. (Destroyed tiles deal damage but do not generate AP.)
(PASSIVE) If Vulture is Airborne, this ability becomes Plummet. 166: 174 damage / 266: 214 damage
Plummet - 6 Green AP Vulture plummets the target to the ground destroying any Hostile Skies Countdown tiles, dealing 128 damage, and destroying 4 random tiles. (Destroyed tiles deal damage but do not general AP.)

No. They're mostly in 4* land, which I guess makes sense why 3* Angel doesn't have the passive

Same way it ends when your whole team is stunned: Automatically.

At least for the three star players' sake, he doesn't passively generate the AP to keep himself Airborne like the four star version does. Otherwise Elsa Bloodstone would become the most in-demand Team Up overnight!
