Help going from 2* to 3*

Hello,

I'm looking for some advice in making the jump from 2* to 3* characters. I've been playing for a while and I have a nice stable of lv85 2* characters (Ares, Thor, cStorm, OBW, Wolvie and MNM). This is my current roster:

3*
Punisher lv64 (4/2/0)
cDaken lv30 (2/1/2)
Ragnarok lv27 (5/2)
Thor lv25 (1/1/3)
Cap lv20 (3/3/0)
Sentry lv20 (1/1/1)
Hulk lv19 (1/0/2)
cMags lv18 (1/1/0)
Dr. Doom lv17 (2/1)
Falcon lv17 (0/1/1)
Patch lv15 (0/3/2)
Spide-Man lv15 (2/1/2)
IM40 lv15 (1/2/0)
BP lv15 (2/0/0)

I've already raised Punisher to the softcap and I should be getting a couple of extra covers for BP from Simulator and Final Cut. Any advise on how to proceed and what team compositions would be good would help quite a bit. Thanks!
