Mister Negative's black power includes the following text "Create a fortified 5-turn Black Countdown tile on the board." In practice, what seems to happen is
"Create a fortified 5-turn Black Countdown tile on the board. If a friendly Reversed Tenet countdown already exists, increase the timer to 5. If an enemy Reversed Tenet countdown exists, this power can't be used." I presume this isn't intended.
