Cover trades/shifts

How about the ability to trade/give unwanted covers to specific members of your alliance?
Being able to sell covers is ok, but it'd be nice to be able to have another way to help each other out.
Anyone want/need this x cover? Here you go!

This has been suggested time and time again. I can only assume they see this as a way to lose profit, so they will not implement it.

Yeah, I only found the other post suggestion after I'd posted this... whoops!
Still... I can't spend HP to upgrade a power/character I don't have... so, maybe down the line they'll come to some sort of compromise...
