Using iHulk/Vulture or some similar team against 3* Bullseye, see if you can get the entire board full of enemy Strike tiles due to Bullseye killing off iHulk so frequently. I think I peaked at around 40 enemy Strikes, because Vulture keeps clearing them out, so there might be a better team for this, but that's the one that gave me the idea.

I was able to get 33 before a bad cascade killed Bullseye by accident. This is harder than it seems!

I just grabbed a shot of the total and did the math. I tried with Ikaris but he's not as easy to sustain as Vulture.
My first try was with Moondragon, which would have worked great, except for the part where one of her passives eats all the enemy special tiles.
I think my Hulk is too high-level to do much in this challenge though...he's lvl500 and his damage ramps up really quickly

Somebody who can remove the team ups, but survive long enough for bullseye to flood the board seems like a tough one.
Let's see if any other forumites figure something out! I ran out of ideas pretty fast.

I only got bullseye's passive to trigger once.
Tried a second time and couldn't get vulture airborne fast to survive. Will attempt again later
Huh, somehow better luck with Ikaris. All except 9 TU and 1 yellow so I guess 54.
Worst part is that immediately after this I used a Bullseye Team Up to clear 5 of the TU, and it ended up cascading into a half board clear!

I just came here to note that. It's a particularly good one, too, because he's got Daken with him, which can help keep from killing off Bullseye too fast, especially if you set iHulk to something less efficient like 5/3/5.
Also, regarding Team Ups: in addition to stuff like CMags red or 1/3 Storm yellow for getting rid of TU tiles, 5* Captain Marvel's yellow can be an immense help with getting your support character airborne if you get starved of the necessary AP. Which can be a particular concern on this one, since they've got The Hood rounding out their team.
