What happened to powered up 5*?

Latest events have just one powered up 5* chatacter instead of 3/4 we had in previous events.

Do we have to get used to have only requested characters improved?

This is gonna turn boring and make us just use same teams over and over.

    If this is in reference to the Class of Events, this is because no 5*s were released in 2013 or 2014.

    No, I'm talking about regular events.
    I don't know if it's a side effect of class events rules.

    In this case I think it's a bug.

    Right now, Instable Iso8 event, the only powered up 5* is Gwenom.

    Is it like it should be or is there something missing?
