4* Iceman's Whiteout costs 12 AP after using his blue power instead of 8 AP

4* Iceman's green power has been updated to cost 8 instead of 12. However, when you fire his blue and create a blue cd tile, the cost becomes 12 as long as the cd tile is on the board.
