Powerstone event restricts deck to wrong sets, namely Hour of Devastation, Ixalan, Rivals of Ixalan and Dominaria. Also Origins but that is fine.
EDIT: this happens in other events as well. We are unable to pick or change old decks. There is also another issue regarding crafting. Oh goodie.
