Hi, I don't know if it's intended but I was trying to send a bug tickets lately via in-game customer support and its always ended that game crashed so hard that without reinstalling it I couldn't open it again?
It's happening on Samsung Galaxy S10 with Android 12. All available patches installed.
Is it now a policy of Yours to shut down all the criticism or lower Your bug statistics this way?
Same here too App terminates after opening a ticket that was confirmed to be send and than terminates every time on logging in. Clearing the cache won't help. Reinstalling the app does help, but the ticket is gone in that case.

Still an issue. Sent a ticket now, and immediately after I can't load the game without reinstalling. Clearing cache, rebooting phone does nothing

Are you also using Android? With iOS I don't have such problems, send a ticket 2 days ago and the app works fine.
I just created an ingame ticket (android) and the app crashes on returning to the main screen and than on logging in every time. This issue exists now for a longer period and prior to the last major update. The reason for my ticket: opening a booster is not working anymore and now i don't know: are those cards added to my collection or not? Battle from the ages event booster non duplicate... Opening a booster get stuck after claiming...
