Which tier would you put the characters in?

So I'm wondering. People often talk about characters being top tier or bottom tier, and it's obvious that LThor is better than Rags but what about everyone else? Is Punisher in that top tier or is he just below? Does Spiderman get relegated to the bottom or is he still useful?

If you had to put all the 3* characters into 5 tiers where would they go?

1st tier Lazy Thor

2nd tier

3rd tier

4th tier

5th tier Ragnarok

Justification goes here.....

    Only sort of.

    The Character rankings thread shows general community opinion once all results are collated. It doesn't show individuals thoughts. I'd be interested to see what individuals think as well as just the group think model we get from the other thread.

    His green is extremely overpowered with strike tiles, and his other abilities are great as well.
