Game crashing/freezing on start up

I've got a new phone, Samsung Ultra 23. When I launch the Puzzle Quest app, the app crashes or freezes. Seems once that happens and I then try to load PQ a second time, then the app loads up and works.

I'm not sure why the app isn't loading up correctly the first time I try to launch it. This has been happening ever since I got my new phone last Wednesday.

    Hello tonypq, this sort of issue is very important to us, and we've been running test cases since the morning that this report came through. If you have any additional information that might lead us to a successful reproduction of the described issue, please let us know.
