The revised version of Small Time Crooks isn't working. It's easy to test in the current Ant-Man PVP, just fight any of the Polaris + R&G teams. You hit your blue and then it doesn't steal any tiles. "Grow" flashes across the screen, but you don't steal anything on your turn.
