Trying to log a Support ticket but it keeps failing to send, so I'm hoping th forum might be able to help if I'm missing something obvious.

My kindle couldn't handle the update today due to space, so I deleted the app and reinstalled. chose to restore profile via facebook but when the game loaded I was doing the prologue as a brand new player. I tried logging in via Facebook but nothing, still stuck as a new player. anyone experienced this? anyone been able to restore their profile when in this position? I've been playing pretty much since the game was released so I'm a bit miffed...

I will continue to try and log a support ticket, but just hoping I'm missing something.

    Customer support can definitely restore your account if you know your in game Id name. It's been done before for players who have had this issue. So you've done the right thing by contacting customer support.
