Repeatable quests

Currently there is a milestone that at some point becomes unreachable.
It would be great to have something like:
-For each 10 3* powers collected
reward: 300 3* shards
-For each 10 4* powers collected
reward: 400 4* shards
-For each 10 5* powers collected
reward :500 5* shards.

When collected it resets and you can do it again.

This would allow players to get characters what they really want even if the once they get are not what they expected also it is not to high and not to little reward for an effort. You basically get 10% of the graded character in shards of your choice. I think it would be awesome for all the players.
