Does anyone know if the CS team are back before or after New Year?

My VIP renewal failed again on the 26th and I raised a ticket. I knew it wouldn’t be looked at over Christmas but not sure when to expect a response.

    Most companies I have worked for take the week after Xmas off, coming back after New Years. I would guess January 2 things start to return to normal. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

    I'm going to guess Jan 3rd since Jan 2nd is a Monday and the Jan 1st holiday is going to be observed on that day since Sunday is already a day off.
