I feel like these new skins for these characters are getting lazy now, i was cool with 4 star wolverine getting pixelized, cause it actually altered his base look a bit, but 4 star Black panther, 5 star Iron-man, and now 5 star Gambit are "retro'd" without actually changing the base skin.

Iron Man was a particular head scratcher since he's got endless suits to draw inspiration from. I like the different costumes and if priced right buy it without second thought. But I skipped the last few since it's not really a "costume."

I don't mind those pixel versions as it makes me wonder if there will be a special event for all of these?

It was cute at first with Arcade and Wolvie. It's just getting annoying now

Exactly! The pixel Gambit reminds me of the Spiderman & X-Men in Arcade's Revenge video game for SNES

I buy all of the costumes immediately because there's a certain group of players who get really upset that costumes exist and also that players spend any money on the game. Reminding them of both things by attacking them with a costumed guy is really funny.
