Jaya, Fiery Negotiator missing from the PW sale?

Hi Oktagon,

I noticed that Liliana of the Veil, a mono PW released during the Dominaria United set is available starting this Thursday during the PW sale. But Jaya, Fiery Negotiator, which was also a mono PW released during the Dominaria United Set, is not. Is this intentional? Jaya was actually available for purchase for IRL money before Liliana of the Veil, and also available for purchase in the vault for mana crystals before Liliana of the Veil was. So I don't understand the logic of including Liliana of the Veil in the sale but not including Jaya, Fiery Negotiator. Can you explain the rationale?

And if excluding Jaya Fiery Negotiator was just an oversight, can you add Jaya as one of the PW that will be available during the PW sale starting this Thursday?
