Journal error and pick up gifts

I've been suffering from journal gift showing number for long. Actually from the beginning. I deleted the game clear the cach and did change my phone. The Jornal gift number is always 3 collected or not. Also I did not pick two gifts due to updates and error of side effect the anniversary of the game did not give me anything just error and tryagain. RIGHT NOW I HAVE THIS NEW ISUE THAT I HAVE A NUMBER 1 SHOWING IN THE MAIN LIST BUT NOTHING THERE. PLEASE HELP ME. I do not accept that you tell me to update or clear the game cach I DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. nothing made.

    Hello @Fogmare! I'm sorry you experienced this issue. Please contact our Support Team by opening the game, tapping on the Menu icon, choosing "Settings", and tapping on "Help Center". Inform them what happened, and they will be super happy to help you!
