A brilliant inventor, the Planeswalker Saheeli Rai used her mastery over metal to re-create the Golgothian Sylex with the intent to use it against the Phyrexian army invading Dominaria. Unable, however, to activate it, she will use her inventor abilities to build and maintain the Temporal Anchor, an artifact needed to learn how to to defy Phyrexia itself.

Calculated Design - Cost 7

Level 1: Draw a card. The last card in your hand gains X mana. X is the total shield of Artifact supports you control.

Level 2: Draw a card. Artifact supports you control gain 1 shield. The last card in your hand gains X mana. X is the total shield of Artifact supports you control.

Level 3: Draw 2 cards. Artifact supports you control gain 1 shield. The last card in your hand gains X mana. X is the total shield of Artifact supports you control.

Level 4: Draw 2 cards. Artifact supports you control gain 2 shield. The last card in your hand gains X mana. X is the total shield of Artifact supports you control.

Creative Surge - Cost 12

Level 1: Create 4 Thopter Tokens. Those creatures gain the Artifact subtype.

Level 2: Create 4 Thopter Tokens. Those creatures gain the Artifact subtype. Those cards gain Haste until end of turn.

Level 3: Create 6 Thopter Tokens. Those creatures gain the Artifact subtype. Those cards gain Haste until end of turn.

Level 4: Create 6 Thopter Tokens. Those creatures gain the Artifact subtype. Those cards gain Haste until end of turn and Enchanted — When this creature deals combat damage to your opponent's Planeswalker: Reinforce it.

Filigree Mastery - Cost 20

Level 1: Create a Filigree Mastery token.

Level 2: Create a Filigree Mastery token. Fetch the first Artifact card from your library.

Level 3: Create a Filigree Mastery token. It gains 1 shield. Fetch the first Artifact card from your library.

Level 4: Create a Filigree Mastery token. It gains 2 shield. Fetch the first Artifact card from your library.
