If not, she is the only character currently with that Affiliation

There will be more Non-Humanoids updates coming. Gargantos and Devil Dino come immediately to mind.

OK. Gertrude also has another new Affiliation in "Duos" (again, likely for Old Lace), hence the check. Thanks for confirming!
After this change, here are the current affiliations with total members and per rarity (there may be some mistake somewhere, of course...)
Presumably Northstar will get an Alpha Flight affiliation at some point (no reason why 2, 3 & 4* Wolverine can't either that I can think of and even though 5* OML is a variant I don't think that affected his past which presumably was similar to regular Wolvie?).
Lightforce? I missed that one? Is that for Dagger? No Darkforce though which probably has more characters affiliated - Cloak in game & Shroud, Blackout, Mr. Negative should we ever get them.
Thunderbolts will presumably be updated for the film but 1* Hawkeye (3* too?), Moonstone would apply, Mockingbird also I think?
Asgardians is very odd - no version of Thor is an Asgardian!!! What is even more amusing is that 5* Thor's description says "As a mighty warrior of Asgard...", lol. Heimdall, 5* Loki, Hela and I guess 4* Loki too? 4 & 5 Jane Foster - not sure as Jane is not Asgardian, likewise Beta Ray Bill. 4* Loki presumably qualifies as he is still Loki. Not sure on Throg, would presume above applies as per Jane and Bill.
Then we have The Defenders where only ONE of the original team have the affiliation! Dr. Strange (I can maybe understand not 3* Strange as he is MCU version). Namor, Silver Surfer, 3* Hulk, 3* Beast, 5* Iceman should all qualify. Up for debate: 5* Hulk, 3* Angel, 4* Iceman
Why is 4* Namora a hero? While her description is rather generic, with no reference to Atlantis nor Talokan, the art is very clearly her unique MCU version from the Wakanda Forever film.
Unlike 4* Mysterio whose MCU version was set up as a hero in the film trailers, only to have his turn to villainy as the big twist of the film, Namor and his army (of which Namora is a top warrior) are shown as villains in the trailers and are the main antagonists of the film from the first act.
4* Namor has hero affiliation but that is based on his comic version (with considerable gray area there too).
