So which character claims each tile?

YELLOW: .... Nick Fury, IW ........ Hood, BP, LazyCap, Falcon, Spidey ........ IM40, Thor ........ Wolverine X ........ cMags, Patch, Sentry
RED: ......... Sentry, HT, LazyThor, IM40, Psylocke ........ Wolverine X ........ Patch, Hulk, cMags, LazyCap ........ Daredevil, Punisher
BLUE: ........ cMags ........ Nick Fury, IW ........ Psylocke, BWGS, Hood, Daredevil, Black Panther ........ Doctor Doom ........ Falcon, IM40, LazyCap, Spider-Man
PURPLE: ..... Daredevil, BWGS ........ Spider-Man, Falcon ........ Loki ........ Nick Fury ........ Daken
GREEN: ...... Wolverine X ........ Patch, Hulk, Daken ........ Punisher, Sentry ........ IW ........ LazyThor, HT
BLACK: ....... Punisher ........ Daken, HT ........ Hulk, Hood, Black Panther, Psylocke, BWGS

When two characters are grouped together, the character put at the front will claim the tile.

While putting this together, it occurred to me that Ragnarok would get a substantial boost if his max tile damage was upped to 70, at least until he gets his third cover. That way he could tank on red and green and put his high health to use.

    So I assume they didn't want 4* to be OP when max leveled, but that just strikes me as off. If you look at 3* vs 2* vs 1* you see the strengths at max go like this:

    67/60/52 -> 50/45/39 -> 31/27/24

    And I just checked out Slobofix to find that 4* goes 70/62/55. Doesn't that seem like a pretty weak upgrade when you look at the others compared to each other? If you're going to put all that iso into a character I would think you should at least get a significant buff to match damage if nothing else.

    If two characters have the same damage on a colour and are the same level/rarity (lets assume 3* and 141), the one who matches a shared strength tile is determined by team position on the "fight" screen. Center > Left > Right.

    So, lets take Patch and Cmags. I like Patch to have as many tiles as possible, because that way I can heal-tank, and use TBTI to its fullest. Patch is 52Y 60R 12B 11P 67G 10K, Mags is 52Y 60R 67B 10P 11G 12K. Based on pure number strength, Patch will ALWAYS take Green and Purple, Mags will ALWAYS take Blue and Black. They "share" Yellow at 52 and Red at 60. By themselves they each tank 2 colours.

    For the remaining colours (Red, Yellow) who tanks is decided by team position (assuming that both are at max level and neither is buffed) in the order - Central, Leftmost, Rightmost. So, if you put Patch in the Central position, he will tank Yellow and Red over Mags. If you put Mags in that position instead, he'll tank them over Patch. I figure that this is why featured characters are always put in the central position, so that if you have chars at the same colour power level, it's the featured char that tanks that colour. If Mags is always in the rightmost slot he'll only ever tank Blue and Black when paired with Patch, because even with a featured char in the Central slot, Patch is in the Leftmost, which will still "win" over the rightmost.

    Give it a try. icon_e_biggrin.gif
