Added feeder info and fixed Muddy Mire's CD typo.0

He seems fun.
For 6 blue he can stun the enemy team for 2 turns. Pretty interesting.0 -
Will the MODOK feeder rewards be retroactive like with the Emma release?1
-
Coincidentally, Sabretooth has a 7 black ap power called "Happy Birthday, Runt". His Doombot deals 3k aoe but only 361 damage to allies. Is 2k lesser damage a good tradeoff for 1.3k lesser allies damage? I'm looking at 3* vs 5* Doombot aoe.0
-
If you are going to use him on pve boosted with apoc okoye kitty etc... then the 3* version could be better as it doesn't matter too much some high numbers.
For pvp the 5* version should be tougher. Also it has the fortified repeaters which could help if the player relies on them too much.0 -

Shame you kept the blocky graphics for the 3* version, while ugly they made some sense for the twin alliance events, but for an ongoing character it just looks ugly.0

I've champed 3* Arcade and here's a step by step observation running him at 5/3/5.
Purple Power
- At the start of battle, 2 Murderworld and 1 Control Room trap tiles will be created.
- The number of ap gained when matched by players and number of ap destroyed when matched by enemy is 1.
-You can choose where to place your Control Room Trap tile when you fire it.
You can have 10 Murderworld trap tiles + 1 Control Room Trap tile on the board.
- There isn't any counter to check how many Murderworld trap tiles are on the board.
It's difficult to not have fewer than 10 Murderworld trap tiles on the board. I kept matching them and they kept coming back.
Those extra ap gained when you match those trap tiles are really nice and speed up the pace. 5* Thor is actually good with him because he will reduce the appearance of. Y/R/G tiles on the board. A lot of trap tiles will then fall on Blue/Black/Purple, which are Arcade's active colours. This means you can fire his active powers more quickly when you match his trap tiles.
The damage calculation from purple power is weird. It actually deals damage to multiple enemies. I can't figure out how the total damage is distributed (likely random for each trap tiles on the board) among the enemies but this is the formula for the damage: (number of Murderworld trap tiles whose colours are different from Control Room trap colour * fixed damage) + (number of Murderworld trap tiles whose colours are the same as Control Room * fixed damage x 2) + Arcade's match damage of tiles destroyed. For example, the total damage is 12k. But the damage deal to enemy is 5k/2k/5k.
Blue power
- The damage for Poison Cloud and Flame Burst will be fixed at the time of firing. You can't stack those removed trap tiles damage even if you could fire blue each turn to reset the cd back to 3 or "relocate" the repeater.
- The effect will be locked if there isn't any trap tile of that duo colour group that can be removed.Blue power seems to be the weakest power because removed tiles can't be stacked. It will be strong if you can get high multiplier. This means that the max damage Poison Cloud deals at level 166 is 38, 060 (from cd) + 10, 170 (active) = 48,230 (at 5 covers) if all your Murderworld trap tiles are in black/purple. I got 5 which dealt about 20k AoE which is crazy for a baby champed 3* unboosted.48,230 damage by level 166 3* is unheard of.
Black Power
You can choose where to place the repeater. The trap tiles create can stack. However, the destruction of trap tile happens only once even if you have 3 Doombots on the board.5 -
Just champed him and yeah, agreed, that's strong damage for a 3* and imo he plays quite well for a trap tile character in general.
I'm trying out 3* partners with him in the Golden Disc DDQ node and so far I like 3* Thor. For the same logic that I think Thor/Mystique works well too: Both Thor and Arcade are selfish with colors and want to fire all/the majority of their colors, which means they need a partner that doesn't get in the way much (check, they have no overlap) and love a steady AP drip of all colors to help with speed (check, Arcade's trap tiles feed small bursts of random colors).

I’ve just champed mine, and his trap damage at 170 is comparable to my level 344 Black Cat. 3* getting some big power creep along with their tier bloat it seems.

Arcade 5* champed traps are 2500 damage and 3* are 1017, so at first sight one deals a lot of damage and another one not really too much.
Still my arcade 3* is 180 level and it's 1056 damage so it's expected a maxed 3* will reach ~1150 damage, where the 5* maxed will deal 7500 (having the murder world control room).
Numbers that work good for the 5* version and really good for the 3*.0 -

I was hoping 3* Emma and Arcade would have simplified versions of the powers, in keeping with the rest of the 3* tier.

I think Arcade is the same at both tiers aside from some fortified tiles, but the two Emmas have different abilities with the same names.
