As per title really.
When I renew my VIP, I'm following the process through, and get the successful purchase from Apple, however when I return to the game I then get a failure message.
I logged a support ticket the first time, which was resolved after a few days, but my VIP has just expired again, and have received the same issue.
Anyone else experiencing this? I'll raise another support request, but was interested if anyone knew of any Apple settings I should be checking?
