Lost In Time Rewards Tiers (11/24 PVE Event)

Just a heads up that Lost In Time (the upcoming PVE Event) has different rewards tiers compared to a normal run. All rewards tiers are ~20x the required placement of normal. IE

1-20: First place rewards
21-100: Second tier rewards
101-200: Third tier
201-400: Fourth tier
401-1000: Fifth tier
The rest of the tiers (6-13) simply don't exist for this event. You'll essentially be placing top 100 at least regardless of how you do.

This is a one time thing, to help people take care of their gameplay during Thanksgiving while having both a PVE event and a Boss Event. We'll take a look at the numbers and how people change their play patterns, but no promises for any long term changes.

A nice sop to distract from the fact that once again we're being made to do four events at once. You all really, really hate for us to have a life.

When you go to an amusement park do you complain that there are multiple rides for people to go on?

Who's forcing you to play a game? Who's requiring you to play all events? Take the weekend off if you like.

Thanksgiving is not a holiday outside the US, I have to schedule a boss event (to help my alliance) and a normal event (so I can progress) into a working week/weekend. I won't be playing the puzzle event as I won't have time for it.

So blame your tyrant alliance for guilt tripping you. Don't blame the developers for offering options. Sheesh

Nice update to the rewards structure. Personally, I like the dual events for the extra resources. Boss events are much more lightweight anyway in terms of playtime, so easy to manage both. Dual PVEs are fine too, the more options for play the better. Puzzle Gauntlets don't count (imo) as a concurrent event because they have a longer play window, and are also easily skipped given the rewards available.

    Boss and PVE is fine.
Let's just never do full dual regular PVEs again.
    Ever.

So awesome. I initially thought that running an event, boss event, and PVE consecutive during Thanksgiving was a bit much. Quickly dissipated with all the great surprises though. Feels like y’all actually play the game. I am a fan.

I read this thread late last night when i was at work and never went to check what the rewards were and now stoked that I’m pretty much guaranteed a LL for my placement and most likely will get two if I get my usual top 5-15 finish. I would highly doubt this reward structure would happen again but I’m all for it! Good stuff.

Loving this, hope it sticks. It’ll be a nice change to not miss a LL token just because I missed the last node in the last rush of the last day.

I assume this was supposed to be top 1000 otherwise there are a lot of wasted levels shown here. 8^)

You'll essentially be like placing top 100 in a regular PVE at least regardless of how you do

Having never lived in the US, I am well aware of that. Just ask yourself (and perhaps your alliance) the following questions
Alliance event: How much do you really care about Arcade?
PvE: Would your progress be any different if they didn't run it as opposed to you not playing it? Besides, look at the rewards you can get just for entering the event.
Gauntlet: How much of this do you usually play? Personally I just go for the two nodes on the right as these give the best rewards, usually don't take very long to complete and you have a whole week in which you can play it.
