PVE Event Level Lock in

Quality of life update request:
Allow for changing the PVE event player level before event beings.

Personal instance, I accidentally sign up for an event at level 2 instead of level 9. I realize this after locking in the event but before it starts. I would like to be able to "unlock" it during that down time before the event starts and adjust the level.
