Bracket by how much the Prize is needed

Lets suppose Black Panther is a prize in a contest. Divide participants into 4 groups as a part of the bracketing.

1. Those with zero BP covers.
2. Those with 1 or 2 BP covers.
3. Those with all three BP covers.
4. Those with 13 BP covers.

Since BP is the prize, I think it's fine for everyone in each category to be bracketed together. I'd be in bracket 4, which would have tougher rosters, but the players in that bracket wouldn't be quite as desperate to win. There is also a contest with Mags as the prize, that contest could have the same initial bracketing.

This way, mass mayhem can ensue without fear that we're stealing food from starving people. The starving people are in a different pit fight. Those of us that already have the prize are fighting for points or something.

Anyone wanting an easier bracket, just sell off that character.
