I just went through three successful battles in the psylock tournament, each worth over 20 points. The scoring screen showed my progress to the next reward, but then I got back out to the main screen and my score had not moved from 600. Same thing three times.

Anyone else? Should I stop playing for couple hours, since it's not gonna matter?

Same issue.

My I'm game screen says I'm shielded.

Leaderboards does not.

Alliance listing has me at 837 points.

Player leaderboard has me at 793.

Edit: player leaderboard still has me unshielded & now at 773

My scores in the simulator fluctuate One time i'm top 10 then seconds later i'm #175 then back to top 20. Back and forth.

My scores in Psylock PVP and in Simulator are bouncing around and giving inconsistent displays. Goodness knows whether it will decide on the higher or lower score in the end.

I've noticed if I exit the app, my score shows correctly for a short time. After go into another fight, it will default back to 600.

I'm pretty sure your real score is correct even though your screen may show something that has no semblance to reality. Although it said my score was like 500 for the longest time I was still receiving progression rewards at 600/700/800/900 and when I shielded up, I eventually have my true score (930ish) instead of my screen claims. Sure makes me feel uneasy but so far it's looking like it's just a freak display error.

How are you defining "real score"? Might you be taking attacks of which you are not being notified?

Specifically, which display would show the "real score"?

This is really frustrating. Develop some goodwill with Ice's thread only to **** it up with server issues for the umptenth time.

My attacks are coming in just fine. Now losing some points on top of my nonsensical score displayed on my client doesn't give me any idea of what my real score is, but my progression rewards are still coming in, so at least the server considers I to have the score necessary to meet these threshold. I started the day with a displayed score of around 500 and received up to the 900 progression even though the score on my client was around 500 the entire time. To be fair I didn't actually check if I was receiving the progression rewards, but don't see reason to be that paranoid. Now the score finally updated and it says I have 937 points, which looks about right from what I was expecting.

I'm in a tight race for top ten. Worst part is I have no idea what the real scores are, so I may be wasting shield for nothing! I should be in top 5 but score shows me 15th!

The leader in my bracket is at 1167 unshielded and climbing with a roster with 3 maxed 2*s as their best. Cstorm, 2* Thor and 2*wolvie. How is that even possible???

I bought a full day shield 8 hours ago. Since then, I've lost over 200 points, even though all attacks against me supposedly only caused 0 damage to my score.

These shields are expensive. If they are useless eyecandy now, what is the point of them?

Of course we do. For sim leaderboard not work at all, for fresh it looks updating for others, not so much for my score and position. Unless I'm being seriously bashed, but in that case where are the reports for that and the retals?

guess scaling and other stuff is not enough punishment for players, they are supposed to fight blindfolded for greater challenge and just shield up on whim without reliable info on points and pos.

I'm so glad I don't care about recent prizes I'd be probably quite upset if there was something of value at stake.

Why, did Ice provide any info worth value? Beyond lots of things are under discussion, no recent plans to cover the issues that are of low interest, of medium interest or 100% interest to the players; that all painful formulas mostly work as intended and stay just getting more tweaked, while he believes in last XXX event it got much better.

Sure he gained like 300 ups just for sitting there and provide all those mostly blank and absolutely depressing (in content) answers, but who in his right mind derived from that that anything moves in the better direction?

I would actually have gained some hope if he stated honestly that plenty of things are bad and devs don't like it. The hurah optimism suggests they are content and sit back.

(Ok, there was some actual info, we learned the size of the team and that money is rolling in fine. So everything works as intended. Enjoy.)

They probably didn't. What I have been seeing is sporadic updating of the scores. I completed 5 matches without seeing anything update, my score remained the same until almost an hour later when it finally updated all those points at once. It is definitely possible for someone with that roster to do as well as you are seeing due to the way MMR is structured. Without the server glitches, I would support your statement. With the servers glitching, I believe you are just seeing a delayed update of their score. And to clear up confusion, I believe you meant gaining 100 points in one minute, as you said they went from 1200 to 1310 in your prior post. This is easily done in 3-4 matches, well within the delays I have been seeing.
