Make VIP deck slots visible even when not usable

If you have VIP membership and you use the extra deck slots and then change/end your VIP you can't see the decks you had in those slots. Obviously you can't play with them, and you don't need to be able to edit them, but at least let us see them so we can see what our deck was (the data is still there, you can see them when you turn VIP back on).

    If I wanted to end my VIP sub, I would delete those decks before I cancel, I won't be able to use those slots so you might as well delete them beforehand.

    Why would you waste the time deleting deck when they go away automatically? Additionally, if you leave them alone they will be there when you turn VIP back on, so then you'd have to recreate them all if you deleted them.
