Introduce daily deals.
Reduce the time of other deals to 3 days, you need to keep the offers moving, some offers are not appealing so by reducing the timeframe you increase the chances of other offers that will sell.
Have all PWs available to buy anytime, this rotation limitation is not good.
For VIPs:
Put a timer on the offers, currently some of my VIP offers have been there for months.
Give VIPs a blanket 10% discount on all offers, after all, we're special, we keep your business afloat by our financial support, we deserve special treatment.
