Apple raised the price. Here's the link:
    https://developer.apple.com/news/

"As early as October 5, 2022, prices of apps and in-app purchases (excluding auto-renewable subscriptions) on the App Store will increase in Chile, Egypt, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, South Korea, Sweden, Vietnam, and all territories that use the euro currency. In Vietnam, these increases also reflect new regulations for Apple to collect and remit applicable taxes, being value added tax (VAT) and corporate income tax (CIT) at 5% rates respectively."

Or more accurately, it's the falling value of the Euro vs the Dollar as the statement Hound quoted makes clear.

    Yeah no.
    Apple could eat the loss.
Because I don't see prices in the play store going up.

    Wow. 20%
For that price is better to buy an Android device or to play on steam and to order bundles in there.

You can link the account to both the Apple device and Steam through Facebook right? Can you buy the bundles in an Android emulator? I so, that sounds like a better option.

Well the stock is (only) down +20% on the year. They have lost revenue from Russia/Ukraine. The exchange rate wrecking havoc on international business. Production times/shipments lagging because of lockdowns in China. People having less discretionary income due to inflation. etc.

When companies see all their business expenses go up that is always gonna get passed down to the customer. And either they will pay it or they won't and prices will adjust accordingly.
