14:00 UTC has come and gone and there's no sign of Fblthp! Is he lost? I need him to help me complete one of my journal quests!

Maybe it's just not a good idea to allow PvE journal quests on the last day of the journal? There has been plenty of Mondays when no PvE event has been active. Maybe there just shouldn't be any PvE quests at all? That would solve this recurring problem.

We need to take a little extra time to make sure the new update goes smoothly, so we'll need to cancel the Revolving Planeswalk: Faculty of the Wise event that was planned to run tomorrow.

Thanks for letting us know and for trying to make the rotation less painful.

I just have one question:
Do you have any plans to ever give us release dates for anything?
I'm playing like ten different games at the moment and have played like a few thousand until now and i think you are the only team that absolutely refuses to talk about anything.

A whole lot of the uproar about events, rewards, new PWs, new sets and everything in between could easily be avoided if you just came to us with some useful information so that we, the players can plan ahead.

Let me give you one or two examples:

Hey mtgpq family, we proudly present our plans for the next new daily event.
We read the feedback and it seems a lot of you do not like to play ten to twenty games for the amount of rewards that we had in the past year or two.

We are happy to invite you to decide with us

Do you

a) want to play less games but keep the current reward structure, or do you want to

b) play like five to ten games more, but be able to win a guaranteed exclusive mythic about four days a week.

Next example.

Hey dear players,

We are happy to present you the planned release date for the next set of cards/ super amazing tri-color Planeswalker/ 'you name it'

If everything goes as planned,the release will be in about xyz days, at yx O'Clock UTC

In other words,
Just talk to us. Include us into the main decisions, ask us for opinions. Why all this secrecy? What would happen if we knew a week beforehand that anything is going to happen?
A whole lot of ppl would be happy to hear anything about new sets, new events, new Planeswalkers...

@jtwood - yes, things have definitely improved with the community manager, but I still think that @Nyarlathotep suggestions are worthy of consideration from Oktagon
