Can i open a ticket without being in game?
My CPU recently crashed, Im logging in here from work but i need to open a ticket and see if i can get my account mirrored to the mobile version. Is there a way i can open a ticket without being in game?

I know they want at least your player name included in the e-mail. It might help to include your release version (you can probably get this from the steam mobile app) and platform you're playing on as well (steam).0
