Continued silence on HP costs

Have I missed something, or have BCS/D3 been completely silent on addressing the HP squeeze caused by adding simultaneous 5*/3* releases back to the game?

They said they were aware of the issue and were evaluating options, but then have (1) done nothing about it while rolling out the 2 releases, and (2) even made the problem a little worse with "bonus" 4* releases.

This is a very significant change to the game economy that will have the biggest effect on very new and very old players (i.e., anyone still in the early phases where the game hurls covers at you, and then again for everyone at 300+ slots).

[Edit: TL;DR is that I wasn't paying enough attention and am wrong!]

Bad

+ 300 slots will cost 1200 hp.
New DDQ will reward an important hp amount per month.
