Yondu's Raveger's Ruse not usable (DDQ)

In today's Behmoth Burrito DDQ I am unable to fire Yondu's Ravager's Ruse black power despite plenty (13) of black AP and the opposing team having plenty of AP (at least 1 in all pools, 7 in blue). Clicking the power does nothing and just returns to the game screen. Other character powers work as normal. Note that this is in the current DDQ with 2* wolverine, 3*IF, and Yondu vs. 3* Cyclops, 2* Thor, Hulk Buster, and opposing Ghost Rider Hellfire team up, so no ability that would block the power. Making matches to end the turn does not allow power to fire on later turns.

    I have had this issue both in both PVE and PVP.  Happened to me again during DDQ again today, with one weird twist. It wouldn't fire against Psylocke, but once I downed her, the power would fire.

    If it will help the dev team, I do have some screen shots of various fights where this bug has happened.
