1* and shield rank

Hi,
I'm rank 132 and i have 1240 standard tokens. Will be better to open them and sold all 1* for iso or recruit 1* and level up their powers shield rank exp?

    There is a point where it's just better off for you to open them and sell them straight off of the vine. While I don't remember that specific break-even level, you are well past it being at 132 already.

    Additionally, think about the value of your time and what else you could be doing (in real life or in MPQ) rather than the roster/sell/roster/sell slog that would be ahead of you.
