Android App Crashing

Every so often, before I can even make a move in a match, the app crashes. I think it usually happens when I try to select which enemy character I want to attack first. This is completely infuriating. I start a match, before I even make a move, the app crashes, all my characters are injured and I am credited with a loss. My health packs just restored and now I need to wait three hours to play the game again!
If the application can't be kept from crashing, the match should be aborted entirely if no moves have been made whatsoever.

This happened to me twice tonight. I just updated the newest update for the game today (R54.0.CL206447), so I think it might be related, as I have not seen it happen I think twice before in the previous 130 days I have been playing. Nothing like loosing fights you should win and taking damage to boot.

Both times were before the first match was made, and I was just trying to change targets to the opponent's OBW.

If it helps, I was using L.Thor, OBW and Psylocke. I am using a Galaxy SIII, Android version 4.3, Kernel 3.0.31.

I've sent back and forth emails to them over about a 2 week period trying to figure this out.. they have no explanation and once they stopped replying back I kinda figured that they know it's an issue and aren't going to fix it or they don't know how
