Game not loading

Hi all,
I’ve been having this issue for a few weeks now : I’m playing on an iPad and on a Fairphone (account saved on FB). When I’m connected with wifi I have no problem, but on the phone, I can’t load the game anymore in 4G. It won’t even start loading, I have a « check connection » message.
I have this issue with no other game or app, so I really don’t know what to do here.
