Alliance Dues

I propose that alliance commanders be given the option to turn on "dues" for their alliance, whereby all HP earned as rewards for the alliance's performance (not the individual member's performance) in events be automatically spent against the cost of unlocking additional alliance member slots, until all 20 are open or the commander(s) choose to disable dues. This would remedy the need to give nearly every member commander status for the sake of opening roster slots.

Remember - D3P's goal is to make money off their game. An important money source are alliance slots. As such, I'd be VERY surprised if D3P will ever implement anything like this or a common HP pool.
